Our 12-point volume-based pricing system 

Allows you to only pay for the space your items occupy in our trailers, ensuring that you never overpay for unused space. The best way for us to give you an accurate estimate is to see your items in person. After we arrive on site and inspect the items, If you’re happy with the price, we usually can start right away or schedule a pickup when it’s convenient for you. We also can give you a soft estimate over the phone, sending pictures helps.

Junk Removal

Labor & disposal fees are included using Volume-Based Price Points.

Yard Debris

Labor & disposal fees are included using Volume-Based Price Points. Due to the low disposal costs, Yard Debris Prices are much lower than Junk Removal & Clean-Outs. 

Clean-Outs

Labor & disposal fees are included. Clean-outs typically take much longer per trailer load (sometimes 3x longer!) consisting of an excess of foot travel, bagging of items, gathering large amounts of small items, and usually requiring extra staff to help out. 

Our Fair Solution

Instead of charging labor for all the extra time, we have separate Clean-Out Price Points at a slightly higher rate. This method keeps things simple & transparent, saves you money, and covers our extra employees.

Junk Removal In Chelan Area

There are a few items such as mattresses that we need to charge an extra fee for. The transfer station has set prices for them since they do not compact.
